TCI Striping got its start as a family-owned painting contractor. Our craftsmanship and attention to detail is inspired by owner, Rocky Tomka’s father, who learned and perfected his craft at painting school in Budapest, Hungary in 1967.

In 1970, while working as a journeyman painter, he migrated to the USA in order to build a new life. Rocky followed in his father’s footsteps and learned the trade at an early age, eventually diversifying into new specialties. After years of developing his skills in the painting industry, Rocky branched out as an assistant construction superintendent for a large custom builder owned by Ford Motor Company and was soon promoted to running entire projects as a construction manager for other larger firms.

By 2004, the time was right to launch TCI Striping as a specialist in solving the challenges of Warehouse Distribution facility remodeling and upgrading projects, focusing particularly on Warehouse Striping and Distribution Center Services needs. TCI has developed an outstanding reputation for completing projects safely and within budget, while developing long-term and trusted relationships year after year.
